MSHA (C) are low-maintenance, power-saving dehumidifiers with two air filtering stages. These dehumidifiers are fully automated and convenient to use.
Outdoor air enters through the fresh air valve and is channelled into the dehumidifier, where it passes through two filtering stages, comprised by G4 and F7 filters. Return air follows a similar path. Once the two air flows mix together, they are drawn in by the fan and fed into the evaporator. The evaporator cools the air, so that the excess moisture condenses and precipitates into the tray. The dehumidified cool air then heats up in the condenser and passes through the last Н13 filtering stage before returning to the room. The dehumidifiers offer UV lamp and air ionization features (for air purification and suppression of bacteria growth). There’s no way for legionella and other bacteria to harm your comfortable rest and health.
Key features of the dehumidification system
- Intelligent control module made in Germany
The integrated temperature and humidity control module by Honeywell with an accuracy up to 1% contributes to power saving thanks to automatic control. Its single-contact design facilitates operation, providing reasonable match between comfortable living and efficiency.
- Positive pressure drainage
The condensate tray is positioned in line with air intake, so that pressure created by the incoming air is used as a momentum for water drainage. Water does not accumulate in the tray, bringing up no corrosion and dirt. Furthermore, the drainage tray is made of SUS304 stainless steel for durability and healthiness.
- High static pressure
Centrifugal fans used throughout the MYCOND line-up have adjustable speed and support 0-10 V stepless speed control (optional). The fans are dynamically balanced and tested for quiet operation.
- Easy replacement of filters
As a standard, MyCond controllers have special indications to display usage time and filter replacement time. The filter must be replaced after 2000 hours of dehumidifier operation.
- Efficient heat exchanger with internal thread
The unique design increases heat exchanger efficiency by 32% and air resistance by 25%. Since the air passing through the back part of the round pipe does not produce any turbulent flows, this promotes more efficient heat exchange. The internal thread used in MYCOND heat exchangers increases the area of heat transfer between the refrigerant and the air, resulting in smaller dimensions of heat exchangers, and consequently of the whole units.
- Highly efficient compressors
MyCond dehumidifiers are equipped with highly efficient compressors of world-known brands, such as Hitachi, Daikin, Copeland, etc. The compressors have been selected to match all the efficiency and reliability measures of each unit size in the MSHA (C) line-up.
