Modular heat pumps of MCU series are eco-friendly units that efficiently create comfortable climate at various facilities. The modular heat pump is quick and easy to install, while allowing staged investments due to its reasonable price. The low-temperature modular heat pump of EVI MCU-YHE series is equipped with EMERSON’s most advanced EVI compressor for operation even at low outdoor temperatures.

Operable at -25 °C

With EVI ensuring efficient heating even at an outdoor temperature down to -25 °C, the heat pump meets the demand for winter operation in extreme cold. This also greatly improves the heat pump performance, as the pump produces more heat with less power consumption.

Special design

Compared to conventional modular heat pumps, the effective area has increased by 30 % for the air heat exchanger and 15 % for the water heat exchanger, resulting in 10 % more rated cooling capacity and 16 % more rated heating capacity.

At outdoor temperature above 0 °C, the outlet water temperature in the heating mode is as high as 55 °C.
