A chiller is a self-contained system with minimum power consumption, which instead uses the environment as an energy source. That’s why MCU chiller will pay off within a short time. Due to the expandable capacity, the unit can be connected with multiple cassette-type, ducted-type or versatile fancoil units. The convenient design allows creating a modular string of 2 to 16 units. To save you the trouble of controlling the system, the unit will automatically adjust the capacity based in the indoor temperature, setting the required cooling load. The system also provides convenient automatic run control by starting and stopping each unit based on indoor temperature and time. In addition, the system features intelligent defrosting that only starts working as necessary.

As for the design, the unit has a plated steel housing coated with an epoxy layer, while the air ducts are made of polypropylene with good protective properties. This effectively extends service life of the chiller, as well as prevents corrosion. The unit features a shell-and-tube heat exchanger with copper tubes for as quick and efficient heat transfer as possible. The open design of the unit expands the air contact area, increasing the heat transfer rate by as much as 8%. The fan is positioned at the optimum angle in a cylinder-shaped casing for higher flow rate and less noise. The chiller system has a built-in flanged pipe connector.
