Operating principle
The unit uses adsorption to dehumidify air.
The process air from the room enters the dehumidifying section of the rotor, where the moisture is adsorbed by a special adsorbent. While adsorbing the moisture, the rotor turns over to the recovery section.
Next, the warmed-up and dehumidified air passes through the rotor in the opposite direction, removing the accumulated liquid from the rotor. During recovery the rotor keeps rotating, returning to the home position. After that, it is ready to entrain process air from the room again.

Adsorption and recovery take place simultaneously, providing continuous dehumidification. The dehumidifier is designed so as to prevent the two air flows from mixing together.
MC-D600K dehumidifier is effectively applied at extremely low and high temperatures ranging from -20 to +60°C.

Efficient continuous operation.
The dehumidifier features a rotor with high moisture adsorption rate. Under normal operating conditions (that is, in a non-corrosive environment, with recovery temperature not exceeding 140°C), the rotor will function for 5-8 years.
Simple and convenient control panel.
For monitoring and adjustment of unit operation, there is a touch panel equipped with Honeywell temperature and humidity sensor. It allows monitoring the parameters in real time.
Reliable, state-of-the-art components.
The dehumidifier is designed with radial fans supporting low and high speed. There also is a dedicated air recovery fan. The unit is built with electric components of proven well-known brands, such as ABB, OMRON, Schneider, etc. In addition, the unit features a CPU module with continuous SCR temperature control and an adsorption rotor rotation switch by Schneider.
Neat and durable design.
The dehumidifier combines neat design and good air-tightness for minimizing heat losses. The body is made of SPCC steel with corrosion-resistant powder coating.
High energy performance.
Integrated PTC and SCR heating solution with advanced microprocessor control of the recovery process reduces power consumption of the dehumidifier by 20% to 30%.
Easy and safe maintenance.
The unit is designed so that its F5 filters are easy to replace, and the rotor is easily cleanable. The enclosures are clearly marked for convenient maintenance of the unit. Air duct ports designed as per ISO 7807 facilitate connection of the equipment.
